My name is Maria T. I have been a homeowner for close to 30 years. I bought my 1st home at 21, sold bought and built others. In all the years of me dealing with realtors/brokers i have never had this experience. Vince went above and beyond to help my family. It was a short sale (difficult one at that) almost quit in the process due to negligent work on the other side of the deal, however Vince was the glue. He made ALL the calls, He always called me or texted me right away. And i don't even believe it was about the money, its who he is. He cares! He wants to see people in their homes, families together. This was emotional for me due to the last home me and my children owned we lost to a foreclosure. I will always be grateful to Vince. I highly recommend Vince for the job.
